Zycko RMA Procedure
In line with its Warranty policy, Zycko has implemented a straightforward and user-friendly returns process to ensure that customers are not left high and dry with faulty equipment and accessories affecting their businesses.
It is through our sophisticated RMA database that allows us to track RMA's from issue to completion and link each RMA to the original sales order and new replacement order number.
In the event that you receive products from Zycko that are faulty or DOA, please following the RMA process below:
- Contact your Account Manager on 800-832-6539 for a copy of our RMA request form
- Email the completed form along with as much fault information as possible to: returns_us@zycko.com
- The Returns Administrator will then process the form and issue you with an RMA number (which is valid for 7 days) and an advance replacement order will be dispatched for delivery the next day in the case of accessories (subject to stock availability).
IMPORTANT: In the case of new and used hardware, which is warranted on a 'Return to Base' basis, replacement product will not be shipped until equipment is received back at point of sale and undergoes our check/test procedure to verify faults. Shipping lead times will be subject to availability and manufacturer's lead times. - The Returns Administrator will forward the new RMA number and instructions for collection by our preferred carrier, DHL. The faulty equipment must be properly packaged and clearly labeled by the customer prior to collection by us.
- On receipt of the RMA back into the Zycko warehouse a thorough inspection and testing process is undertaken. When this is complete the RMA will be credited to your account and a credit note issued.
Restocking Fees
If an RMA is returned outside of the 7-day valid window, Zycko reserves the right to charge the customer a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. If the returned goods are found not to exhibit the faults as detailed on the RMA form then the same restocking fee will become chargeable. In any event, Zycko reserves the right, where possible, to repair returned equipment to restore to its full working condition and offer it back to the customer.
